Fees & Payment Options
The City of Santa Cruz offers several services to the public. The Fee Schedule included below provides the most up-to-date fees and rate. Fees are revised annually by City Council based on inflation and studies. Fees are developed based on the cost to the City to provide the service or on the impact the activity has on the City or its property.
Fee Schedules
In-Person
Make a payment in-person at the counter during operating hours from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Otherwise, another option while in-person is to use the secure Drop Box or contact us by phone for payment.

Call us at our main line at (831) 420-5110 to process credit card payments from Monday through Thursdays: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Lunch closure from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
Drop Box
Drop off your payment at the secure Drop Box located outside of Room 101.
Mail Check
Send your check payments to the address:
