Project Description

Coastal Permit, Design Permit, and Density Bonus Request to construct a three-story residential building consisting of a 38-unit, 100% affordable apartment building located in the R-L/CZ-O (Multiple Residence-Low Density District/Coastal Zone Overlay) zone districts.

A building permit has been issued and construction has started. Construction is anticipated to take 18 months and complete in December 2026.

A major modification to the proposed project has been submitted to modify the density bonus request approved under CP24-0047 to request a new density bonus incentive/concession or waiver to vary from the requirement to underground the transformer and instead install an above-ground pad-mounted transformer on property located in the R-L/CZ-O (Multiple Residence - Low Density/Coastal Zone Overlay) zone districts.
