The Housing for Health Partnership, the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz, and Abode Services are coming together to celebrate YOU!

Your work is vital to building a healthier, more stable community. From accepting housing vouchers to partnering with local organizations and supporting youth experiencing homelessness, you are making a real impact.

Join us to connect with peers, be recognized for your contributions, and learn how to partner with nonprofit and public housing programs to expand access to safe housing.

Know someone making a difference? Nominate a landlord, property owner, or manager who goes above and beyond and help us celebrate their impact.

All attendees will be automatically entered into a prize drawing upon arrival. Bring a guest to boost your chances! Receive an extra entry for each new non-participating landlord or property manager you bring.
