Design Permit for a mixed-use supportive housing development consisting of 2,210 square feet of commercial retail space, 65 residential units, and construction of a public paseo on property located in the CBD (Central Business District) zone district.
This project was approved by The Planning Division Staff on May 12th, 2022.
