SB330 Only Pre-application to demolish two existing commercial buildings and to construct a proposed three-story mixed-use building containing 13 dwelling units and ground-floor commercial space in the C-C (Community Commercial) zone district and within the Eastside Business Improvement Plan. (Environmental Determination: TBD).
