Award Guidelines

The scholarship award is flexible and is calculated based on the total fees for the specific programs listed in your application.

The award is not a fixed dollar amount. To ensure funds serve the maximum number of eligible children, a seasonal maximum award limit is determined after the application period closes. We encourage you to list all programs your child is interested in to receive the maximum benefit they qualify for.

After Submitting Your Application

  • You will be notified of your award by email.
  • A credit for the awarded amount will be applied to the family member's WebTrac account.
  • You must register your child in the program (online, in-person, or by phone).
  • Program enrollment is first-come, first-served.
  • Review the Helpful Hints Guide(PDF, 460KB)  on using a scholarship award to register.
