On December 4, 2024, the Parks and Recreation Department hosted a community meeting where residents expressed strong interest in revitalizing the park. In response, Parks and Recreation initiated a community engagement process to gather input from riders and collaborated with a bike park designer to develop a plan for completing the facility. The proposed design is intended to accommodate a broader range of skill levels, encourage rider progression, and strengthen the park’s identity within both the riding community and the community as a whole.
