Architectural Review Committee
Per the Downtown Plan, Downtown Density Bonus (DDB) proposals require approval of a Design Permit and are subject to review at an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) meeting. Design Permits that trigger ARC review will be acted on by the Planning Commission and may be appealed to the City Council, unless another requisite entitlement triggers the need for Council review, in which case the Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council.
