City staff have received an inquiry from an applicant regarding the eligibility for potential ministerial approval pursuant to California State Assembly Bill (AB) 2011 of a proposed mixed-use commercial/residential development, with housing component proposed as 100% affordable units, at 1316 Pacific Avenue and 1320 Pacific Avenue (CP24-0132).

The project has been determined to be consistent with the eligibility criteria of AB2011. Should the project be pursued, project details, including plans, will be required to be submitted and made available in conjunction with the application for entitlements.
