Santa Cruz Sister Cities Committee Spring break, 2027, Teen Delegation to Shingu, Japan!

Santa Cruz youth attending 8th-10th grade in Santa Cruz schools may apply beginning August 1, 2026. Deadline for submitting completed applications is October 15, 2026.

August - December 2026- Pilates Sculpt Classes

Pilates Sculpt is a hybrid workout class - combining strength training, ballet-inspired moves along with elements of Pilates and stretching. This class is sponsored by the City of Santa Cruz Parks and Recreation and Human Resource Departments. Employees and Community Members are all welcome. Our facilities are the Civic and LNCC depending on the day. Class is free but donations are welcomed.

Paddle, Cheer & Celebrate at 34th Annual Aloha Outrigger Races Sept 19

The 34th Annual Aloha Outrigger Races return to the Santa Cruz Wharf Saturday, Sept. 19! Enjoy outrigger canoe racing, live hula performances and family-friendly fun. Admission is free for spectators. Teams of all experience levels are welcome. Early bird registration is $120 per team through Aug. 16.
