Santa Cruz Municipal Utilities' new Utility Customer Portal launches Monday, Oct. 5, bringing bill payments, water use information and service requests together in one place. Customers will need their new account number to register and reestablish auto-pay!
City payment services will resume at 8 a.m. Monday, Oct. 5, following the planned system transition. This includes payment processing for Public Works, Parking, Santa Cruz Police, and other City services.
