City and County of Santa Cruz Honors Local Heroes on Veterans Day

Santa Cruz, CA - This Veterans Day, the City and County of Santa Cruz will honor local public employees and members of the community who have served in the armed forces at a joint Veterans Day ceremony at the Santa Cruz County Veterans Memorial Building. 
The ceremony will take place Tuesday, Nov. 11, from 11 a.m. to noon, featuring remarks from Santa Cruz County Board Chair Justin Cummings and Santa Cruz Mayor Fred Keeley. The program will also include a presentation by the joint City and County Police and Sheriff Department Honor Guard. 
All are welcome to attend and join in honoring those who have served our country.
