City of Santa Cruz Releases 2026 Winter–Spring Activity Guide

Santa Cruz, CA — The City of Santa Cruz Parks & Recreation Department has released its 2026 Winter–Spring Activity Guide, now available online, featuring a wide range of programs, classes, and events for all ages.  Residents are encouraged to explore the guide and plan ahead, with registration opening January 12 at 8:00 a.m.
2026 Winter–Spring Activity Guide Highlights:
  • After School Programs at multiple city sites
  • Youth sports leagues and clinics, including basketball, soccer, and baseball
  • Mid-winter and spring break camps
  • Aquatics programs, including swim lessons, lap swim, and lifeguard training
  • Arts, culture, fitness, and wellness classes for all ages
  • Seasonal community events
Friends of Parks and Recreation (FOPAR) scholarships are available for City of Santa Cruz residents. Applications are due January 6 at 11:59 p.m. More information is available at: www.santacruzca.gov/Government/City-Departments/Parks-Recreation/Apply/Apply-for-a-Scholarship
Printed copies will be available at community centers, City Hall, and public libraries.
