Affordable Housing, Temporary Housing, and Displacement

Join the Advance Planning Division for a virtual community meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to learn about potential housing initiatives and for the City to hear your thoughts on the following topics:

  • Support for 100% affordable housing project permitting
  • Amendments to temporary housing options as required by state law
  • Zoning standards and use allowances per the Coral Street Visioning Report
  • Expanded policies to assist tenants if they are facing displacement

The meeting will include brief presentations from City staff and time for questions and answers.
