Design Permit, Heritage Tree Removal Permit, and Density Bonus Application (CP21-0137): Design Permit, Heritage Tree Removal Permit, and Density Bonus request to remove six Heritage trees and construct a 32 unit apartment complex with a 40 percent density bonus and to provide four very low income units in exchange for waivers to the building height, front setback, and side yard setbacks, and for a concession for a 20 percent reduction in required open space on a site located in the R-M (Multiple Residence - Medium-Density) zone district. Major Modification Application (CP23-0069): On May 17, 2023, an application for a major modification to the project located at 150 Felker Street was submitted. Major Modification to CP21-0137 to add a 5th floor resulting in 35 apartment units and nine storage spaces on a lot in the R-M (Multiple Residence - Medium-Density) zone district. (Environmental Determination: Categorical Exemption)
Minor Modification Application (CP24-0151): Minor Modification to CP21-0137, as modified by CP23-0069, to convert units to 1,2,3 bedroom units, create a formal lobby, add community room space, replace 8 parking spaces with resident support space, and minor exterior modifications on a parcel located within the R-L (Low Density Residential) zone district.
