Affordable Housing, Temporary Housing, and Displacement
The Advance Planning Division held a virtual community meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to learn about potential housing initiatives and for the City to hear your thoughts on the following topics:
- Support for 100% affordable housing project permitting
- Amendments to temporary housing options as required by state law
- Zoning standards and use allowances per the Coral Street Visioning Report
- Expanded policies to assist tenants if they are facing displacement
