Santa Cruz youth attending 8th-10th grade in Santa Cruz schools may apply beginning August 1, 2026. Deadline for submitting completed applications is October 15, 2026.
Information session for potential delegates and their families will be held Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM at the London Nelson Community Center.
