2026 Eastside Resiliency Project
The City has received a grant from the California Coastal Conservancy that provides funding for the planning, design, and construction of resiliency improvements to the Wharf to accommodate future Wharf Master Plan projects such as the East Promenade and the South Landing.
The Eastside Resiliency Project will increase the resiliency of the Eastside Parking Lot and the area adjacent to the future South Landing by replacing missing or damaged piles, adding stringers, and replacing decking and paving.
The Project is expected to be released for bid in mid-summer 2026.
