Project Description
Ministerial Review (AB2011) and standard Coastal Permit to demolish a 9-unit apartment complex and construct an 8-story, 102-unit, 100% affordable apartment building with 923 square feet of ground floor commercial space serving as the off-site affordable housing required for redevelopment of 201 Front Street (CP25-0116) on an parcel located in the CBD/CZ-O (Central Business District/Coastal Zone Overlay) zone district [Environmental Review: Statutory Exemption pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21080.66]
