Lot Line Adjustment to combine two underlying lots, a Design Review permit, Non-Residential Demolition Authorization Permit, and a Density Bonus Request to demolish an existing retail building (most recently occupied by Outdoor World) and construct a 6-story, 100% affordable residential development consisting of 51 units (50 rental units and one onsite manager's unit), with one 1,000 square foot commercial/retail tenant space, in the C-C (Community Commercial) zone district.
