Recycle Right! Workshop

Myth or fact? Recycling still works. Fact! Come tour the City of Santa Cruz Resource Recovery Center to learn about the story of waste, practice Recycling Right! and explore waste reduction awareness. 

The landfill and Resource Recovery Facility are dynamic and valuable resources for the community.  On a weekly basis, the city's facility manages around 250 tons of organic waste, 250 tons of recycling and 660 tons of refuse.
