Pedaling Through Housing: A Downtown Santa Cruz Affordable Housing Bike Tour

Available throughout Affordable Housing Month, this self-guided bike tour invites participants to explore several affordable housing developments in downtown Santa Cruz at their own pace.
Participants will visit completed and in-progress projects.
Aligned with HSCC's 2026 Affordable Housing Month theme, “Housing: Essential for a Strong Community,” the tour illustrates how affordable housing strengthens neighborhood connectivity and supports a vibrant downtown.
