City Payment Services Temporarily Unavailable Sept. 30-Oct. 4: Several City payment services and public counters will be temporarily unavailable beginning at the end of the day Sept. 30 and will resume at 8 a.m. Oct. 5. Plan ahead and learn which services are affected.

The City of Santa Cruz will temporarily pause several payment services beginning at the end of the day Wednesday, Sept. 30, while we transition to a new payment system.
Payment services will resume at 8 a.m. Monday, Oct. 5.
During the temporary closure, payment processing will be unavailable at the following locations and services: Planning Counter; Public Works Administration Counter; Public Works Parking Counter; Santa Cruz Police Department; Santa Cruz Municipal Utilities; and the MyCityofSantaCruz online payment portal.
Customers who need to make a payment during this period are encouraged to complete their transaction before the temporary closure or wait until payment services resume Monday morning.
This is a planned service interruption associated with the City's transition to a new payment system. Other City services will continue to operate unless otherwise noted.
