Major Modification Application (CP25-0105)

A Major Modification application has been submitted to modify the original project (CP22-0164) that was approved on February 13, 2024. The new application (CP25-0105) proposes to increase the number of residential units from 40 to 47, alter the unit mix, modify the building design/envelope compared to the project design as previously approved, and revises the previous Density Bonus requests.

Community Meetings

A community meeting is required pursuant to the City's Community Outreach Policy for Planning Projects, and the feedback provided may contribute to alterations in the project design and additional project entitlements.

On April 30, 2026, a virtual public community meeting was held from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, to present the proposed project modifications and gather public feedback. For those who were not able to attend, here is the link to the recorded community meeting:

Minor Land Division, Design Permit, Slope Development Permit, and Density Bonus Request to divide a lot into two lots and construct a 40 unit (including 4 Low-Income units and 5 Very Low-Income units), four story apartment building within 20 feet of a 30 percent slope, with a concession for stories/height, on a site with an existing church in the R-1-10 (Single Family Residence) zone district.
