Provide a comprehensive, data-driven Community Risk Assessment and Standards of Cover Deployment Analysis for the Santa Cruz Fire Department. 

Community Risk Assessment

  • Identify the district’s hazards, threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to the coverage area compared to recognized standards and best practices, including considering benchmarks to compare future improvement

Standards of Cover Analysis

  • Outlines fire districts' distribution, concentration, reliability, and historical performance to ensure a safe and effective response.
  • Along with historical and forecast rates to develop projections for future service demand.

Conclusions & Recommendations that discuss how to continue improvement, offer alternate models, and provide specific findings
