Softball

The City of Santa Cruz offers men's, women's, and co-recreational softball leagues in spring, summer, and fall. Games are played at DeLaveaga Park Fields 1 & 2, and Harvey West Park Fields 5 & 6. For more information email Recreation Coordinator, Nick Tanza here.

Spring Season Information

Location: DeLaveaga Park

Game Times: 6:45, 8:00 and 9:15 pm (6:30, 7:45 and 9:00 pm on Sundays)

Dates: Week of March 1 through week of May 11 (10 week season, with one week of playoffs), weather dependent.

Game Nights:

Tuesday: Men’s D1/D2, Women's C2

Wednesday: Men's D3, Women's C1

Thursday: Men's D4, Co-Rec C

Friday: Men's D5, Men's D6

Sunday: Co-Rec D1, Co-Rec E

Call our softball hotline at (831) 420-5265 #1 to find out if games are canceled because of unplayable field conditions. The recording will be updated by 3:15 pm on game day, if field conditions are in question.
