Softball
The City of Santa Cruz offers men's, women's, and co-recreational softball leagues in spring, summer, and fall. Games are played at DeLaveaga Park Fields 1 & 2, and Harvey West Park Fields 5 & 6. For more information email Recreation Coordinator, Nick Tanza here.
Summer softball team registration will open on Saturday, April 18! The early bird team registration fee is $600 ($500 for Co-Rec), and will last until April 26. Regular team registration is $650 ($550 for Co-Rec), and will be open from April 27 - May 10. More details about our 2026 summer season:
Location: DeLaveaga Park
Game Times: 6:30, 7:45, and 9 pm
Dates: Week of June 7 through week of August 23 (10 week season, with one week of playoffs). No games on Juneteenth and July 3rd.
Game Nights: Proposed schedule. This schedule can change based on number of teams registered. This schedule is to be used as a guide for registration and is not the set summer schedule.
Monday: Men's D1/D2, Men's D7
Tuesday: Women's C2, Co-Rec E
Wednesday: Men's D3, Women's C1
Thursday: Men's D4, Co-Rec C
Friday: Men's D5, Men's D6
Sunday: Co-Rec D1, Co-Rec D2
