The 2026 Garage Sale weekend was a great success! Over 80 households participated in the public event. The City thanks all those who strive to reduce  waste and to give useful items a second life.

Hold Your Garage Sale Anytime of Year

City Municipal code, 24.12.190 (k) allows City residents to host garage sales up to three days total in any sixth month period.

As a reminder, "leftover items" should never be left out on the curb with a "Free" sign. It is considered dumping and may be subject to fine. Not to mention, items left on the curb impede safe passage for pedestrians.
