Start Service
Customers are required to submit an application to open a service account. A non-refundable application fee of $65.00 (effective January 30, 2026) is charged to the first bill. Deposits are required only if there has been a previous history of default on an account. New service requests will be processed the same business day if received by 11:30 a.m. New service requests received after 11:30 a.m. will be processed the next business day.
